Terms of Service

1. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Payment will be made through the payment method provided by RYSESOFT LTD.

2. Revisions

2–3 revisions are included with each commission. Minor adjustments are welcome. Major changes or completely new concepts may require an additional fee.

3. Refunds

Refund requests may be considered before work begins. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. If RYSESOFT LTD is unable to complete a commission due to circumstances on our side, an appropriate refund will be discussed based on the work completed.

4. Client Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing clear references, descriptions and requirements before the commission begins.

5. Commercial Rights

Commission prices are for personal use unless commercial rights are agreed separately. Commercial use, merchandise, resale or other business use may require an additional fee.

6. Artwork Display

RYSESOFT LTD may display completed artwork in its portfolio or promotional material unless the client requests private delivery before the commission begins.

7. NSFW Commissions

NSFW commissions are available only to clients aged 18 or older. No minors or characters depicted as minors will be accepted.

8. Delivery

Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high quality. Delivery time depends on the complexity of the commission and current workload.
